Day 34: Beware of Granny bearing Sweets!

It was all going so well until I invited my mother-in-law to lunch today. Lunch itself was fine… moroccan chicken, prawns, cottage cheese, mixed bean salad, green salad, beetroot, cucumber (I avoided the bread) and strawberries for pudding – a delicious diet lunch much enjoyed by all. BUT she came armed with Wine Gums and Dairy Milk for the kids and I was thwarted by the wine gums… plus my son came home from a school trip with sharing bags of Twirls and Caramel Nibbles. Too much temptation at once. Consider this my Cheat Day!

Food Diary Day 34

Breakfast: Menopause Smoothie – see breakfast recipe page

Lunch: Mixed salad of moroccan chicken, prawns, cottage cheese, mixed bean salad, green salad, beetroot, cucumber,and strawberries for pudding

Dinner: None due to Wine Gums and Sweets overload!

Snacks & Drinks: Herbal tea, 4 squares dark chocolate, slice of menopause cake with tahini – see snack recipe page
